ruiyaoOps 56602abb6d "Shutting Down and Restart Cluster Gracefully.md" is a document about restarting the cluster Gracefully. 
warning: restart a cluster is very dangerous, usually i don't recommend do this, because we don't have a good plan to recover cluster.
Add asciicast demo for "all-in-one-on-linux.md" and "minimal-kubesphere-on-k8s.md"
