在多集群系统中，添加集群的用户自动成为集群管理员。此外，{ks_product_right}平台的 **admin** 用户默认在所有集群中具有所有权限。在集群初始状态下，可由以上用户邀请其他用户加入集群并设置用户在集群中的角色。
