+# KubeSphere Technical Oversight Committee
+
+The KubeSphere technical oversight committee (TOC) is formed for overseeing the technical aspectes of the project as a whole such as technical direction, roadmap, design, architecture, administration and marketing. This committee is created by KubeSphere Steering Committee.

+## Charter
+
+The TOC specifically focuses on the technical part of the project. It also provides overall technical guideline for special interest groups (SIGs) and working grouping. Specifically, the responsibilities of this committee are as follows.

+- Set the overall technical direction and design of the project.
+- Create the roadmap of the project.
+- Approve the creation and dissolution of specical interest groups (SIGs) and approve the nominated leads of SIGs.
+- Approve the management such as creation/deletion of GitHub repositories related to the project.
