+2021 年，KubeSphere 社区又收获了逾百位的贡献者，包括代码、中英文文档、技术布道、本地化与国际化等贡献都是我们认可的贡献方式，在此我们对 KubeSphere 社区所有的贡献者与合作伙伴表示衷心的感谢！
+
+社区设置了 KubeSphere Contributor 奖项作为激励多次为 KubeSphere 贡献代码的成员。上周已经[颁发了 2021 年度新晋的 KubeSphere Contributor 证书](https://kubesphere.com.cn/blogs/kubesphere-contributor-certificates/)。而对于具有突出贡献的活跃贡献者，我们还设立了专门的 KubeSphere Member 奖项作为激励。
+
+从上一次[颁发](https://kubesphere.com.cn/blogs/kubesphere-certificates/)（2021 年 2 月 11 日）到现在，共有 10 位（其中 Daniel Hu 的证书已单独颁发过，此次不再颁布）突出贡献者入选了 KubeSphere Member，均由 KubeSphere 社区技术委员会与 KubeSphere 指导委员会投票通过。他们深度参与了 KubeSphere 社区开源贡献，在社区独立完成了一个或多个功能特性开发、文档撰写以及测试，并帮助 KubeSphere 在多个社区积极布道，推广开源技术，目前已全部邀请加入了 KubeSphere 的 Github 组织。

+
+那么如何成为 KubeSphere Member，成为 KubeSphere Member 之后又能做什么呢？
+
+想要成为 KubeSphere Member，需要有突出的贡献：
+
+- 对项目的积极贡献。半年内至少为一个特定的 SIG 代码仓库贡献了一个重要的 PR
+- 完成一项或多项功能的开发贡献
+- 由 SIG 的两名成员倡议并由 SIG 的负责人批准
+- 帮助 Review 其他贡献者的 PR
+
+作为 KubeSphere Member，你可能需要做这些工作：
+
+- Review 其他贡献者的 PR
+- 参与管理 Github issue 和 PR
+- 参与与组织社区 SIG 会议
+
+## 展望未来
+
+近几年，开源发展势头迅猛，越来越多的企业和项目都开始拥抱开源。而对众多的用户而言，参与开源能够塑造个人品牌，认识各地的开发者，提升个人技术、思考以及交流能力。参与贡献开源并不仅仅是“贡献”，而且还是“双赢”。
