参考[官方文档](https://doc.sagemath.org/html/en/installation/binary.html)，SageMath 不再利用该仓库通过镜像站分发二进制软件包，大部分用户不再需要该镜像，我们决定移除该仓库。
用户可以通过发行版的包管理器或 conda-forge 获取 SageMath 软件包。
